R. Anuhea Sebstad

R. Anuhea Sebstad is a DSWA Level One certified stone mason and professional member of The Stone Trust. Anuhea is based in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts where they placed their first stone on a wall in 2021 and started to pursue a vocation in stonework in 2023. Anuhea is a queer and nonbinary stonemason who is committed to creating opportunities for other queer people and people who are under-represented but interested in this craft. While some people may object to their identity and pronoun usage, or may just be simply nervous about getting it wrong, they offer patience and an opportunity to practice. Currently, they are interested in developing and varying their skill set through international apprenticeship opportunities. They hope to become an instructor at some point in their career.
